The sterilization process of the Riches EO sterilizer delivers efficient, safe, and validated sterilization results. This process typically comprises stages such as pre-conditioning, vacuuming, EO gas injection, sterilization dwell, aeration (ventilation), and final residual removal. During the pre-conditioning stage, the system precisely controls temperature and humidity to optimize EO gas penetration. The sterilization chamber is evacuated to remove air, followed by the automatic injection of EO gas to ensure uniform distribution. Upon completion of the sterilization phase, the system proceeds to the aeration stage to remove residual EO gas, thereby ensuring product safety. The entire sterilization cycle is managed by an automated PLC system featuring real-time monitoring, data logging, and alarm protection, ensuring compliance with international sterilization standards such as ISO 11135.
