The EO gas sterilizer for injection consumables employs a fully automated low-temperature gas sterilization process. By precisely controlling temperature, humidity, pressure, and gas concentration, it achieves deep and uniform sterilization of injectable consumables. First, the loaded product enters the sterilization chamber for pretreatment, where heating and humidity adjustment create a state where microorganisms are easily inactivated. Then, the system is evacuated to remove air from the chamber, ensuring the sterilizing gas fully penetrates the packaging and its fine structures. Next, a measured amount of ethylene oxide gas is injected and maintained for a set time, allowing it to chemically react with microbial DNA and proteins, thereby completely inactivating bacteria, viruses, and spores. After sterilization, residual gas is removed through multiple vacuuming and air replacement cycles. Finally, a heating, ventilation, and desorption stage is initiated to continuously remove adsorbed ethylene oxide residue from the material until safety standards are met before it can be removed from the sterilizer for use. The entire process is automatically completed by the Riches control system, ensuring stability and reliability, and is suitable for the terminal sterilization of large batches of disposable medical consumables.
