ETO Sterilization Process
The ethylene oxide sterilization process consists of three stages
Pretreatment chamber:
Before the EO sterilization (ethylene oxide sterilization) process, preheating and humidifying the product in the pretreatment chamber in advance can effectively shorten the heating and humidification time of the product in the sterilizer.
Sterilization:
Low-temperature sterilization using ETO EO Gas is widely used in medical devices, surgical consumables, spice sterilization, sterilization stations, construction and other fields.
Aeration chamber:
After ethylene oxide sterilization, the product can be placed in the aeration chamber, which can speed up the removal of ethylene oxide residues after sterilization and improve the efficiency of the sterilizer.
