Basic Process of Sterilization

• Pretreatment

The product is moved to the pretreatment room for preheating and humidification, following specified conditions. After pretreatment, the product is transferred to the sterilization room within 50 minutes.

• Sterilization

The product is exposed to Ethylene Oxide (EtO) gas under vacuum, high temperature, and humidity. The chamber is equipped with a leak detection system that halts the process if a leak is detected before adding EtO gas.

• Post-Sterilization Analysis
