EtO Sterilization Machine For Anesthesia Circuits

EtO sterilization is a low-temperature sterilization technology, performed at relatively low temperatures (typically below 60°C). This better protects critical components in anesthesia circuits, such as heat-sensitive plastics, rubber, and electronic sensors, avoiding deformation, degradation, or functional damage caused by high-temperature steam or radiation.

Ethylene oxide (EtO) gas possesses excellent penetrating properties, allowing it to penetrate deep into the lumen, connectors, and multiple layers of packaging within anesthesia circuits. This ensures the sterilization process covers the entire system's interior and exterior, thoroughly eliminating microorganisms.

EtO gas sterilization is a low-temperature sterilization method (typically 25°C–65°C), which does not damage the physical structure and mechanical properties of heat-sensitive plastics, effectively avoiding problems such as warping and embrittlement that may occur with high-temperature steam sterilization or dry heat sterilization.

Compared to other sterilization methods, EtO gas can penetrate deep into packaging, narrow cavities, and complex channels, achieving comprehensive sterilization of both internal and external surfaces, ensuring no dead corners or residues in PE/TPU pipes, greatly improving sterilization reliability.
