How the Product Works

1. Pretreatment Phase: Items to be sterilized are placed in the chamber. After closing the chamber, vacuum is first applied to remove air. The chamber temperature is then adjusted to 30-60°C and the humidity to 40%-80% in preparation for sterilization.

2. Sterilization Phase: EO gas at a concentration of 400-1200 mg/L is injected into the chamber and maintained at the set temperature and humidity for 1-6 hours. EO sterilizes microbial proteins and nucleic acids by destroying them.

3. Desorption Phase: Residual EO in the chamber is removed. Vacuum extraction and air exchange or thermal desorption is used to remove EO residues adsorbed on the items. Desorption typically takes 6-24 hours.

4. Post-treatment Phase: Items are tested for EO residue and removed. Exhaust EO gas is then decontaminated to prevent environmental contamination.
