Turnkey EO Sterilization Project

Riches's one-stop sterilization solution, centered around comprehensive services, integrates a full suite of hardware and software components to create a ready-to-use experience for customers.

In the initial phase of the service, the team matched the appropriate hardware and software based on the customer's production scenario and compliance requirements. Hardware included core equipment such as the ethylene oxide sterilization chamber and preheating chamber, as well as conveyors and control system cabinets. Software included HMI monitoring screens and data reporting systems to ensure compatibility with the sterilization process.

In the mid-term, leveraging extensive project experience, we advanced implementation, completing the hardware installation and commissioning of the sterilization conveyor system and the workshop's ethylene oxide gas monitoring system. Software debugging was also performed simultaneously to ensure stable real-time HMI monitoring and data reporting, effectively resolving component compatibility issues in a closed-loop manner.

Later, we provided ongoing operational maintenance support, including hardware upgrades such as door controllers and internal circulation fans, as well as software optimizations such as HMI functions and PLC systems. As-needed hardware and software upgrades ensured stable system operation and reduced customer costs and risks.
